Orders paid before 11:00 AM (PST) will ship on the same business day. Orders paid after 11:00 AM (PST) will be shipped on the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

All registered and logged-in users can retrieve the tracking number for their most recent order by clicking the “Track Order” button at the top of the homepage. In rare cases, the tracking number may also be sent via email.

For payments made before our 11:00 AM cut-off, tracking numbers will be updated by 6:00 PM (PST). If you miss our cut-off, tracking numbers will be updated by 6:00 PM (PST) on the following business day. If the tracking number is sent via email and you don’t see the message, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can choose between available shipping methods on the checkout page. If your order total is above $129, it is eligible for Free Shipping.
