Orders are packed in plain, unmarked boxes and double vacuum-sealed for privacy and odor control.
4. Track delivery
Relax while your package is on its way. Delivery times depend on location and courier service.
Shipping schedule
Orders paid before 11:00 AM PST are prepared to ship the same business day. Orders paid after the cut-off are prepared the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking numbers are usually updated by 6:00 PM PST on the shipping day. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Exchange or return of goods
Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns. All purchases are considered final sale. This policy helps protect customer privacy and keeps handling simple.
Products may vary slightly from batch to batch, so restocked products may not be identical to a previous batch. We recommend starting with smaller purchases before placing larger orders.
Order changes and cancellations
- Changes may be possible before payment is processed or before the order ships.
- If payment was already sent, changes may be possible only when the total remains the same.
- Paid orders cannot be cancelled.
- Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled after 72 hours.
