How to Order
A simple step-by-step guide for placing an order and completing payment.
1. Browse products
Explore categories, open the products you like and choose the options or quantity you want.
2. Review your cart
Check your products, totals and delivery options before moving to checkout.
3. Place the order
Enter accurate billing and delivery details, then submit your order securely.
4. Follow payment instructions
After checkout, your order is placed on hold while it waits for payment. Instructions are shown on the thank you page and sent by email.
5. Wait for confirmation
When payment is received and matched, the order status changes from on-hold to processing.
6. Shipping and completion
Once shipped, tracking is added when available. After delivery, the order can be marked completed.
Email money transfer instructions
After placing your order, send an email money transfer using the instructions shown on the order confirmation page and in your order email.
